Consultation on the legal closure of Bramcote Hills Sport and Community College
Several parents have contacted Bramcote Hills expressing concern with stories in the media concerning the closure of Bramcote Hills Sport and Community College. We would like to stress that there have been no changes to information already made public which is detailed below. Governors have requested permission to consult on the legal closure of Bramcote Hills Sport and Community College. If the consultation is approved and the closure is agreed the site will still remain open and all present year 9 to 13 students will continue their education at Bramcote Hills. In the future we plan to develop a 14 to 19 Centre on the site. Please see the attched file for a copy of the letter sent home regarding the consultation on the legal closure of Bramcote Hills Sport and Community College.
What will happen next?
We understand that parents will have questions about this legal closure of the school and the new proposal for Bramcote Hills College. We have tried to address some of the key questions in the letter attached.
